Practical help and support groups

Support group providing peer to peer support and occasional talks by health professionals in the Guernsey area. We also offer comfort bags and we have speakers at most of our meetings to advise on nutrition, exercise and meditation.

The group meets the third Thursday of each month at Les Cotils Christian Centre, St Peter Port, Guernsey.
