The Walk and Talk group is an opportunity to get some fresh air and chat to other people affected by cancer, including family member s and carers. The group meets weekly on a Thursday between 1-3pm at various locations across North Tyneside. The walks vary in length from 3-6 miles and always include a café stop at the end! Why not come along to meet other people, get some exercise and enjoy the fresh air.
