Haematology Transplant Patient Family Group

Practical help and support groups

This group offers the families of haematology transplant patients a space to connect with others, to share their experiences and benefit from peer-to-peer support. The group is an uplifting and welcoming space, open to the families of patients of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. The group runs on the first Thursday of every month, between 12pm-2pm, and meets virtually via Microsoft Teams. Many of our group members join every session, however there is no commitment-you are welcome to drop in, as and when you would like. The group is facilitated by the Macmillan Support Service at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
