We support patients in completion of the HNA, in completion of Macmillan grants, in providing referrals to different organisations including financial and emotional support, signposting to different support groups and any other form of non-clinical support.

    We are now a fully remote service and can be contacted any time. Messages and emails are picked up Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00
