*Due to Covid-19 please phone or email us to check our opening times and availability before visiting our Centre.* If you’re affected by cancer, Dimbleby Cancer Care can offer you high quality information and support. We offer a range of information on all aspects of living with cancer along with psychological support, complementary therapies (including clinical aromatherapy, massage and reflexology plus relaxation and stress management workshop and support groups. The benefits advice service operates on a referral only basis , either self-referral or Healthcare Professional. Unfortunately, due to demand and capacity the current waiting time for routine Benefits contact is 3-4 weeks, however if a referral is triaged as urgent then they you be contacted within 1-2 weeks. Due to COVID 19 some of our usual services might not be available or have changed. The Information drop-in service is currently only open and available for patients attending the Cancer Centre for treatment or an prearranged outpatient appointment, but are providing a telephone service. Psychological and Complementary Therapy outpatient services are open and offer an appointment based system by NHS video link or telephone. Face to face therapy is offered only in certain circumstances where patients are unable to access remote services. Eligibility criteria applies for our appointment based services, please contact us for further information. All of our areas are fully accessible for disabled patients and carers.
