Information and support centres

Due to Covid-19 please phone or email us to check our opening times and availability before visiting our Centre. Beechwood is a charity based in Stockport, established in 1990 to support people from across the North West affected by cancer or other life-limiting illness. Our team of professionals are available to help with the shock of diagnosis and the emotional effects of treatment, as well as wide variety of practical support – not only for the person affected but family and friends too. Beechwood services are free of charge and we offer a range of tailored support including – one to one counselling, hypnotherapy, complimentary therapies, psychosexual counselling, support groups, diet, exercise or simply a coffee and a chat.
