The Macmillan Lung Cancer Nursing team from North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Trust are organising for the 3rd time their Macmillan Lung Cancer Charity Ball. This years event will be on Saturday 25th November at Hardick Hall, Sedgefield.
The aim of the event to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support and the North Tees Lung Cancer Trust Fund to provide extra support for Lung Cancer patients both locally and nationally.
Every year 1,090 people will hear the devastating news they have cancer in Stockton . 6,300 people are currently living with and beyond Cancer. For most of us it will be the toughest fight we ever face. The feelings of isolation and loneliness that so many people experience make it even harder. But you don’t have to go through it alone. The Macmillan team is there to support people affected by cancer from the point of diagnosis throughout their journey and after care.
Liz Airey, Fundraising Manager said; Massaive thanks to Jeanette Draffan and the Macmillan Lung Cancer Team at North Tees in Stockton for organising the event again this year, they have some fantastic prizes, I am sure the night will be a huge success again.
Tickets are £45 each. When tables of 10/12 booked they are offering a deal where you can pay the deposits of £5 per person with the final balance to be paid by the end of August. ...please contact 07899961437.
