FAQs
Challenge questions
-
What is ‘Macmillan’s August Star Jump Challenge’?
We're encouraging supporters to complete 50 star jumps a day throughout the month of August. If supporters have a lower ability these can be split into 10 with breaks in between with the aim to be able to do 50 in one go by the end of the challenge.

Can I complete the challenge at my own pace during the month?
You can choose whatever time of the day to complete this challenge. You may also do more star jumps one day if you accidentally miss a day. Please split the star jumps into different intervals if you feel like you need to.
-
Can I start the challenge late or early? What if I miss a day?
We will be encouraging everyone to start their challenge on 1 August and continue throughout the month. However, if you are joining the challenge later or you have missed a few days, you can continue into September or make up the difference with extra minutes of star jumping throughout August.

How can I keep track of my star jumps each day?
We will share a daily tracker for you to mark each day as you complete your star jump progress.

Any donation amount will be greatly appreciated. And I’ll share updates as complete the challenge. Thank you!
