Macmillan Cancer Support will not be liable for delays or failures in receipt or connection of any telephone calls as successful contact is dependent on a number of factors. These include, non-exhaustively, the input of correct information, calls that are left unanswered by the responder and issues with telephone networks providers.

Data obtained from you in connection with this promotion may include your telephone number, your title, your first name, your last name, the time and date of your submission, your route to the landing page and any other information that you may provide.

We aim to contact everyone to arrange delivery of the guide within 4 weeks of submission, and we reserve the right to contact you in the future with news and appeals relating to the work undertaken by Macmillan Cancer Support.

The telemarketing service used to communicate with responders is being provided on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support by an approved third party provider.
