Crossroads Care Cheshire, Manchester and Merseyside provides practical support where and when it is most needed - usually in the home. A trained carer support worker will take over from the carer to give them time to be themselves. The service is flexible and responsive to people with care needs and their carers 24-hours a day. It can be offered on an occasional basis, for a few hours or longer periods, during the daytime, evening or overnight.
