Macmillan & Lifespan Emotional support Service - Hexham

The service offers Emotional support and supportive care to those with life-threatening illness and their carers. It provides support to patients and carers to retain their independence and Emotional support at whatever stage of the cancer journey they may be. The service will be peripatetic and will provide support to people in their own home, nursing home or acute settings across certain areas of the North East.
