Mac Voice, the magazine for Macmillan professionals: Spring 2015
You may have noticed some changes to the Macmillan website over the last few months, particularly in the new ‘information and support’ section
The new section replaces our old ‘cancer information’ and ‘how we can help’ sections. We have combined all the content into one section, so visitors can now easily access all of our information and support in one place.
The new structure and navigation aims to help people get to important information quickly and the ‘cancer type’ selector helps them find content relevant to them.
All our information is being restructured, so you can choose how much detail to go into. We’ve also launched a new Macmillan homepage that reflects the updated site structure and the latest Macmillan brand style.
The new section is part of a wider website redesign project that will help us deliver a fantastic digital experience to all of our audiences, even on smartphones and tablets. We know there is still lots to do, but hopefully you can really see the potential to build this into something even better.
If you have time, we’d love to get your feedback, just email the Website Redesign team.
We will always continue to make improvements, so your thoughts and comments are really important.
