Executive Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications

Claire has lead Macmillan’s Fundraising, Marketing and Communications directorate since February 2019. She is responsible for inspiring individuals and companies to support Macmillan financially, ensuring they have a brilliant experience when they do, as well as making sure people living with cancer in the UK know how we can support them and how to access our services.

Claire has worked in the charity sector for over 20 years and has a huge breadth of experience across the industry. Most recently, Claire worked for Save the Children UK where she was Executive Director of Fundraising and Marketing since early 2017, and prior to this Claire spent 13 years at Cancer Research UK, leading Race for Life, Stand Up to Cancer, Innovation and Corporate Partnerships. Claire is also Vice-Chair of the Institute of Fundraising.
