Vulval surgery: radical vulvectomy - image description

This diagram shows the vulva, and the lymph nodes that are at the top of the legs in the groin area. There is a dotted line around the area that is removed during a radical vulvectomy. This area includes all the vulva so the dotted line goes around all of the outer lip. There's also a dotted line around the lymph nodes on both the left- and right-hand sides, indicating that these will also be removed during this operation.
