How the banking sector can improve the service it provides to customers living with cancer
Macmillan has undertaken a wide range of work to identify the support that people affected by cancer need to ease these money worries. By examining the views and experiences of the banking sector, from the perspective of people living with cancer, and through discussions with the sector itself, Macmillan has developed solutions on how to address the problems that customers living with cancer face.
At this event Macmillan will launch a new report which sets out nine recommendations to the banking industry that, if implemented, will mean that by the end of 2014 we can all be confident that people living with cancer will get the support that they need when they turn to their bank for help.
This report will be available to download from [here] after May 6.
