Thank you for helping to raise money for people affected by cancer. Here's how to pay your money in.
At a bank
Take your cash and cheques to the bank and use the unique playing-in slip (bank giro credit) that was attached to your welcome letter. Visit any branch of Natwest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank. If you pay into another bank Macmillan may have to pay a charge or have difficulty tracing your payment.
You can pay your money in online. We will be launching a secure online donation form shortly.
Post us a cheque made payable to ‘Macmillan Cancer Support’, along with your paying-in slip (bank giro credit). You can use the freepost envelope included in your pack. Please don’t send cash in the post. Don’t forget to include your sponsorship form so we can claim that all important Gift Aid.
Please note: Charities Aid Foundation cheques cannot be paid in at the bank and can often take a little longer to process than other ways of paying in.
Matched funding from a company
If you have been fortunate enough to get matched funding from a company or your employer, please do let us know by visiting our matched funding page and filling in the form.
A big thank you
We want to let you know how much we appreciate the time you have made for Macmillan this year. So once we have received your money we will send you a thank you letter with the total you raised. Please leave up to 10 working days from paying your money in to receiving this thank you. If you encounter any problems or do not receive your thank you letter in this time, please call our hotline on 0207 091 2199.
However you pay the money in, please don’t forget to send us your sponsorship form with everyone’s Gift Aid details.
