This exciting 10k starts in the heart of Southampton’s city centre with the run course passing iconic local landmarks.

Join Team Macmillan for the ABP Southampton 10k! This fantastic event offers runners the choice of either a 10k, Half Marathon or Marathon race, along closed roads through the heart of Southampton.

Both races start and finish in the heart of Southampton’s city centre with the run course passing iconic local landmarks including Bargate, QE2 Anchor and St Mary’s Stadium. Sure to be the race highlight will be running both the ascent and more popularly the descent over the Itchen bridge, which will be closed exclusively for this unique event.

How do I get my own place?

There are two ways to get yourself signed up for the ABP Southampton 10k.

Macmillan Charity Place: No public entry stress! We ask you to pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £125 for your guaranteed place in the ABP Southampton 10k, and there’s no registration fee. To apply, simply click ‘Get a guaranteed place’ button and complete our online application form.

Your Own Place:Public entry for the 2017 ABP Southampton 10k is now open at the official race website. Once you’ve secured your place just click the ‘Join Team Macmillan’ button to join us. There’s no minimum sponsorship, just raise as much as you can!

Whichever way you choose to join, as part of Team Macmillan, we’ll make sure you have:
