This is a free, interactive event for people living with and beyond cancer, in east London.
Oncology Consultant at Bart’s Health Trust, Sarah Slater will be speaking about how you can live well with and beyond cancer and how patients can participate in their recovery. A Clinical Psychologist and Physiotherapist will talk about the benefits of physical activity and stress management. There will be opportunities to speak to representatives from local service providers about how they can support you. Attendees will be invited to take part in all-ability physical activities, healthy smoothie making and complementary therapies, as well as receiving a free lunch. Anyone who has had a cancer diagnosis can attend this free event. Carers and family are welcome.
