Your unwanted clothes can help us to support people affected by cancer

When?

From Monday 3 September 2012, Macmillan’s official Bags of Support will be appearing on doormats across many areas of the UK.

How you can help

If you receive a bag, please fill it up with your unwanted clothes and leave it outside your house for Clothes Aid, our clothing collection partner, to collect on the specified collection day.

Our mission

Macmillan is aiming to raise £100,000 in the first six months from this new project - enough to pay for two Macmillan nurses for a year or fund 4,000 nursing hours.

The project will be building up over the next 12 months, so keep an eye out for our lovely white and green bags in your area.

If you need to contact Clothes Aid

If you have any questions about collections, including having a missed bag, forgetting to put your bag outside on the collection day or wanting to organise a one-off collection please contact Clothes Aid directly on info@clothesaid.co.uk or 020 7288 8545 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). There is also further information about clothing collections on the Clothes Aid website
