'The whole week has been a positive experience for pupils and staff.' Teacher commenting on Cancertalk Week

Cancertalk Week, 19 to 23 January 2009, is the perfect time to get your school talking about cancer. Whether you hold assemblies, design posters or host fundraising events, it's a great opportunity to get young people involved.

Don't forget to download Macmillan's two free teaching packs to get lots of ideas and guidance for your class. Or why not arrange for a Macmillan representative to come and talk to your pupils? Our speakers can help with raising awareness, talk about their experience with cancer or just lend a hand with fundraising.

Register today to receive your free teaching packs or download them from the website.
