We have picnics, we change lives!
The Big Picnic supported by Somerfield is a big picnic that will make an even bigger difference, raising vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
A British tradition since the 14th Century, it seems there is nothing we love more than a picnic on a summer's day! Good food, great fun and fresh air - what better excuse to get your friends, family or colleagues together, than for a picnic to raise money for people living with cancer?
All you have to do is pick a date this July, choose a location – in your garden, in the park, at school, at work - ask for a donation from each guest and then have fun! Or, you can join one of our National Garden Scheme picnics. Visit www.macmillan.org.uk/bigpicnic to register your picnic or to find our which gardens are taking part.
One in three people will get cancer, with 1.2 million people in the UK living with the disease. Supported by Somerfield, the Big Picnic will raise money to help Macmillan provide practical, medical, emotional and financial support for people affected by cancer. Join in and help change lives in your local community.
Get your picnic essentials at your local Somerfield and you'll find offers on hundreds of picnic products that'll help raise even more money for Macmillan!
