Our partnerships

We work with various partner organisations across the UK to help us increase the range and scope of our evidence. We hold research focused partnerships as well as cancer data partnerships.

Research partnerships:

Cancer data partnerships:

  • National Cancer Registration and Analysis Service

Macmillan Cancer Support and the National Cancer Registration and Analysis Service (NCRAS) are working in partnership to develop robust data analysis of the 2.5 million people currently (2015) living with cancer in the UK.

  • Northern Ireland Cancer Registry

In partnership with Northern Ireland’s Cancer Registry, we are using data to understand and improve the impact and cost of cancer within the wider community and health and social care services in Northern Ireland.

  • Information Services Division: Scotland

We are working in partnership with Scotland’s Information Services Division to use data to improve the understanding of the impact and costs of cancer and its treatment for people affected by cancer in Scotland.

  • Richmond Group and National Information Board

Macmillan also works with the Richmond Group of Charities, in order to engage with the National Information Board and other stakeholders working in the field of health data.
