Internship scheme
Our new internship scheme offers a fantastic opportunity to get involved with Macmillan by working with our experienced staff on projects and events in 2008. If you're a student, graduate or considering a change in career we've got opportunities for you to build on your existing skills and gain new ones.
Our scheme will interest you if you're looking for a placement in events, fundraising, marketing and PR and have an interest in the charity sector.
Internships available
London - Vauxhall
Events Intern - Internal Communications - from September
We are looking for a high calibre individual who would really value and make the most of the opportunity to work for a large national charity and who wants to gain experience in events and communications. You will be involved with the organisation / preparation and promotion of varying events for internal staff and external stakeholders. You will also be involved in projects and some of the day to day activities within internal communications.

The closing date for September term is 25 August, but we will take applications for future terms.
Oxfordshire
We will shortly be recruiting two interns to run projects to increase the profile of Macmillan in the local area.
One placement will raise the profile throughout Oxfordshire. The second will be to focus on the universities of Oxford.
