Nimlok, a local company based in Wellingborough has supported a terminal cancer patient, Dave Rae as he raised money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Dave joined by his Brother took part in the Cape to Cape classic car grand tour which started at Cape Wrath in Scotland and ended at Cape Clear in Ireland - a journey of 1400 challenging miles.
The event was restricted to 36 classic cars and Dave took part in his Porsche 944 as they joined the exotic 1951 Jaguar XK120 and a 1953 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit.
Dave raised in excess of £2000 for Macmillan and last year Nimlok supported Macmillan raising £2035.68 from fundraising throughout the year.
