Epsom Downs Dash 5k Fun Run

A 5km FUN RUN that sets a new standard in having fun, getting ACTIVE, bringing adults, kids, families and businesses together to CHALLENGE each other and raise money for Macmillan.
Taking place on the Famous Epsom Downs Racecourse on the 19th October, this venue is a stunning location to complete a 5km Run overlooking the City of London.
Not only can you take part individually but you can also enter as a team (the perfect way to motivate yourself!), whether this be with friends, work colleagues or as a family. The team element is based on your average time so get as many friends, colleagues or family members together and help drive each other to acheive your goals.
One of the objectives of this FUN RUN is to get parents and children ACTIVE TOGETHER. So parents, if you enter yourselves, your kids can take part for FREE.
