The money you raise will help us provide more information to people affected by cancer.

In this area there are already 70 Macmillan nurses working locally, in hospitals and the community. However, more local people are being diagnosed with cancer every week. We are now raising £2.5 million in Essex so that we can help more cancer patients get the treatment that they need. So far an amazing £2 million has been achieved.

The appeal has also helped fund a new day oncology centre called the Cedar Centre at King George Hospital in Redbridge. This exciting new building provides a purpose built centre to help people with cancer in the Barking, Havering and Redbridge area.
