If you can give us a day or two...
It's amazing what you can achieve in a day. Here are just a few of the roles you could try out:
Enthusiastic, confident and fun-loving, event cheerers are vital in helping us to support our amazing participants at events like marathons and triathlons.
Fundraising events assistant
We need friendly and organised assistants to help set up event venues, manage registration desks, hand out refreshments and sell raffle tickets, amongst other things.
You'll often find Macmillan at community events, from local council-run health awareness days to national exhibitions such as the Vitality Show or the Gardener's World exhibition. We rely on friendly volunteers to man our stands, represent Macmillan and hand out goody bags and information.
