Teaching pack - Keep healthy, be active

We don't know why people get cancer, but we do know there are ways to reduce the risk. This pack can help to teach young people about some of the factors that can increase the risk of cancer. These include lifestyle, genetics and our environment.

We worked with nutritionists and educational professionals to produce this information.

The pack includes:

• Seven lesson plans focusing on diet, smoking and fitness. Clear links are made to all UK curriculums and links to further support are listed.
• Pupil resource sheets, which can be photocopied and used as part of a lesson on healthy living.
• A poster to promote the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
