A user or partnership group is made up of people affected by cancer and health and social care professionals. Together they discuss NHS cancer services and work towards improving them.

Macmillan supports user and partnership groups in many ways:

• we encourage people affected by cancer to get involved
• we link groups so they can work together on similar projects
• we provide resources and training for groups
• we provide grants to groups
