Thank you for supporting our campaign

Thank you to the hundreds of campaigners who took action to change cancer care in Scotland. In the run up to the election, candidates received over 5,000 emails from Macmillan campaigners.

This has had an incredible impact, as one fifth of Members of Scottish Parliament (MSPs) elected in May backed our campaign.

We are keeping up the pressure to make sure all MSPs work hard to improve cancer care for people living in Scotland.

What we're calling for

We want to work in partnership with the Scottish Parliament and Government to improve cancer services, so that everyone living with cancer receives the best clinical, emotional, financial and practical support.

We're asking the Parliament to put people at the heart of its services and commit to:

• Information, support and benefits advice as a routine part of the cancer journey

• Access to a Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist for everyone diagnosed with cancer

• Transform post-treatment care to meet the needs of people living with cancer.
