This year's conference was themed around 'Tackling Cancer Inequalities'. The conference provided the opportunity to share ideas and formulate policy proposals. This year it was held at Church House, Westminster, London on 1 December 2009.
Britain Against Cancer has become an annual event at Westminster and for the last ten years has successfully brought together patients, health professionals and policy-makers to look at the impact of public policy on cancer services and research.

Since April, the group has been gathering written and oral evidence from a wide range of stakeholders for their inquiry into cancer inequalities, and the final report was launched at this year’s Britain Against Cancer Conference. You can find out more about the inquiry here.|
