Feel Good Coffee Mornings - Competition terms and conditions

1) The promotion is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents, aged 16 years or over by the deadline date of their chosen prize, excluding employees of Macmillan Cancer Support (herein known as "the Promoter") and Pretty Green, their families and agents, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2) For a chance to win a Feel Good Coffee Morning Experience simply log on to http://www.coffeemorningregister.org.uk/2009/register2009.asp| and register to take part in the World's Biggest Coffee Morning. If you then choose to enter the competition for the 'Feel Good Coffee Morning Experiences', you will be asked to select which of the Feel Good Coffee Mornings offered you would like to win. A randomly selected Free Prize Draw will then dictate the winner of each individual prize.  Please be aware that you will only be entered into the draw for that one Feel Good Coffee Morning that you selected on entry.

3) All entries must be registered online by the deadline stated in the accompanying wording for that particular prize. Registrations received after the specified date will not qualify for entry into the promotion.The date of the draw for each prize is indicated under the prize details|. Winners will be alerted within 2 working days of the closing date of their chosen Feel Good Coffee Morning Experience.

4) Each winner must acknowledge his/her prize within 7 days of the date of being notified. If a winner does not redeem his/her prize within the timeframe stated in the accompanying wording for each prize, or cannot be traced, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be chosen.

5) All competition winners who enjoy a Feel Good Coffee Morning Experience are expected to hold their own Macmillan Coffee Morning from September 25th. With the host's consent, the Promoter may send a Macmillan representative to the winning host's WBCM event to take photos.

6) Only one entry per person is permitted. Entry is through the free registration process.

7) All competition winners who redeem a 'Feel Good Coffee Morning Experience' will be required to take part in or cooperate with any publicity (including photography) arranged by the Promoter. Refusal to do so may result in the withdrawal of the prize.

8) The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, alter or withdraw the promotion in the event of a legal or technical difficulty without liability to entrants.

9) Each prize is as stated and is non transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

10)  In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11) The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the affect on the entrant of any such failure.

12) This promotion and the Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion.

13) Winners will be responsible for their own safety during the Macmillan Feel Good Coffee Morning Experiences. Macmillan will not be responsible for any damage to property or for any injury to any person caused during a Feel Good Coffee Morning Experience.

14) By entering this promotion, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them.

16) The following travel costs are included as part of prize: economy rail or petrol costs up to a maximum of £75 upon proof of purchase. Unless otherwise stated the Feel Good prize does not include accommodation or any other additional expenses.
