• Terrain: Generally flat woodland paths and trails.
• Dogs allowed: Yes, if on a lead
• Suitable for pushchairs: Yes – but all terrain pushchairs recommended
• Children allowed:  Yes
• Registration fee: £10 (under 16s free)

About the walk 

Moors Valley Country Park and Forest sits on the Dorset/ Hampshire border. It is the area’s most popular recreational site, offering something for everyone of all ages and abilities

Our walking routes, whichever distance you chose to complete, follow generally flat established paths and trails through mature coniferous and deciduous woodland. The 8 mile route further explores the more open parkland with some walking on tarmac paths.

With diverse habitats supporting a variety of wildlife, a superb children's play area and a narrow gauge steam railway to explore after your walk, Moors Valley really is the perfect place to go Miles for Macmillan with family and friends.
