Gower Macmarathon Walk 2012

• Time: 11.15am start. You must sign in. Sign in desk available from 10.30am
• Location: Port Eynon
• Difficulty rating: Moderate
• Terrain: Uneven surface along costal paths and beaches 
• Dogs allowed: Yes, on lead
• Suitable for pushchairs: No
• Children allowed:  Yes
• Registration fee: £10 (16's and under free)
• Minimum Sponsorship: £25

About the walk 

This walks starts at Port Eynon and finishes at the Mumbles Cricket Club. This route option does not include transport so you will need to make your own arrangements for being dropped off at Port Eynon or picked up at Mumbles Cricket Club at the end. Car parking facilities are available at Port Eynon Bay car park.

As this is a challenging walk that follows the cliff paths, which are fairly steep in some places, it is not suitable for small children or people with walking difficulties. Any queries please email us at gowermacmarathon@macmillan.org.uk|

This route option includes free car parking for walkers at Bracelet Bay car park, Mumbles (courtesy of City and County of Swansea) and a free coach to transport walkers to the start at Port Eynon. Buses will be available from 10.15am and will leave promptly at 10.30am.
