If you already have a place...

You can apply for a place in the ING New York Marathon lottery| at. This is open until 23 April 2012, when people who are succesful in securing a place will be emailed by the marathon organisers.

If you already have you place in the marathon sorted, or have found out that you were succesful in the lottery, then joining the team is simple. Simply email your details to newyorkmarathon@macmillan.org.uk| or call us on 020 7840 4915 so we can send you out a Team Macmillan fundraising and training pack.

We would love to have you as part of Team Macmillan  and ask you to raise as much sponsorship as you can to help support people affected by cancer in the UK. 

If you still need a place...

We are delighted to be able to offer you the choice of three Team Macmillan packages for the 2012 ING New York Marathon. Please find the details below.

When you join Team Macmillan you’ll receive:

• a place in the 2012 ING New York City Marathon
• a full fundraising pack
• a marathon training programme suitable for your level - beginners, intermediate or advanced runners
• a sponsorship form
• your free Team Macmillan running vest or T-shirt
• regular newsletters, keeping you up-to-date with Team Macmillan news
• the chance to meet your fellow team mates across the race weekend at our Team Macmillan welcome evening and pasta party
• the loudest and most supportive cheers from renowned cheer points on race day
• the chance to celebrate your marathon success with your fellow team mates at the Team Macmillan celebration evening.

Most importantly, we'll provide you with a reason to put in those months of training and fundraising. You'll know that your efforts are going towards improving the lives of people affected by cancer in the UK now and far into the future.

* Please note that race entry only packages are not available for overseas (non-US)participants in the ING New York Marathon.

To apply for a package you will need to fill in and return a guaranteed place application form which will appear here once final package details have been confirmed.
