Do you want to make a difference to the lives of people and families living with cancer? London, Edinburgh, Bath, Belfast... Wherever you are there are lots of runs to get involved in.
Running is a great way to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and see some of the UK's greatest cities. If you're after a challenge, we've got plenty for you.
Whether it’s a fun run, half marathon or a full marathon, Macmillan has plenty of opportunities for you to get your trainers on.
We'll be with you every step of the way with comprehensive training, nutrition and kit advice, ideas to make raising money simple and motivation to keep going. And of course, we'll be there with you to share your big day, cheering you on and giving you encouragement when you need it most. Your fundraising can help change lives.
Take a look at our selection of top runs in the left hand menu. If you can't see what you want there use our events finder below or take a look at our runs abroad| for even more runs to choose from.

One in three of us will get cancer and it’s the toughest fight most of us will ever face. By joining Team Macmillan in a fundraising event you're helping support people and their families living with cancer.
We're the nurses| and therapists| helping you through treatment. The advisers| telling you which benefits you're entitled to. The volunteers| giving you a hand with the everyday things. The campaigners| pushing for better cancer care. The fundraisers who make it all possible.
We can all be part of the team. We are Macmillan Cancer Support.
So, you've signed up and are raring to go. Here you'll find advice to help you make sure you're fully fit, raise as much money as you can and are prepared on the day.
Big or small, your contribution will help us help people affected by cancer. Without your support we couldn't provide any of our services for people living with cancer.
The Macmillan cheer points - in a word outstanding. The noise made when I passed by was amazing, and I couldn't believe it got louder as I waved back! It really gave a spring to the step (yes, even at 25 miles!) and brought a tear to the eye. Richard Davies, London Marathon Team Macmillan runner
