When you sign up to run with Macmillan you join a dedicated team of runners, volunteers and staff, who will support you from your initial training session right through to crossing the finish line.
As well as offering lots of fundraising advice, we'll give you all the training and nutrition tips you need to help you prepare for the big day.
We'll also invite you to our post-race hospitality tent after, where you'll receive some well-deserved pampering and refreshments. And if that isn't enough, we'll give you the loudest cheers possible throughout the race from our two supporter points.
What you'll get when you join Team Macmillan:
Team Macmillan will be in full force in Leeds supporting you every step of the way with two fantastic Macmillan cheer-points along the 10k route.
These cheer-points are well renowned for going crazy when they see a Team Macmillan runner!
Located close to the start and finish area in Victoria Gardens, outside the City Art Gallery. This is your chance to lap-up some well deserved pampering after your fantastic run plus enjoy some great refreshments and celebrate your achievement with your fellow team-mates.
And if that’s not enough, you’ll be part of one of the biggest UK charity teams in this fantastic run who will give you plenty of support and encouragement over every kilometre.
Join Team Macmillan and run to change lives.
