Following in the footsteps of the Leeds| and York 10k|, Macmillan is proud to be a charity partner in the Hull 10k. Part of the fantastic Run For All series inspired by the late Jane Tomlinson, CBE, you can run, jog, wheel or walk the route.
The date for the next Hull 10k has been set as 8 June 2014. There are two ways of securing a place in the Hull 10k:
To secure a place in the run please visit the race organiser's website| and register for the run. Make sure you select Macmillan as the charity you would like to fundraise for so the race organisers can send us your details and we can send you out a fundraising and training pack. Alternatively, if you can't wait to get going you can sign up for Team Macmillan by filling in our simple online form|.
Macmillan has a limited number of charity places available in the Hull 10k. To apply for a place fill in and return a guaranteed place application form|. We ask for everyone on a charity place to try and raise £100, and will be in touch within five working days to confirm if your application is successful.
Whichever way you register, we will send you a Team Macmillan fundraising and training pack as well as a free Macmillan running top. You will also be helping Macmillan to support the thousands of people who rely on Macmillan's services every year, from the phone support line| to Macmillan information centres|, and Macmillan financial grants| to Macmillan nurses.
If you are interested in taking part in the other runs in the series, Macmillan still has guaranteed charity places available in the Leeds 10k| and the York 10k|. Please visit our web pages to download an application form and for more information on the races.
