Download your map of the course from 2009 [PDF, 118kb]|. You will do three laps of this course. The route is used by Regent's Park race club, the Mornington Chasers.
There will be kilometre markers along the route and a water station that you will pass three times. The course is flat, making it perfect for first-time runners.
The start and finish is situated next to The Hub, Regents Park's sporting facility and cafe. Communal changing rooms will be available (one for males and one for females). Toilets are available at The Hub but are limited, we recommend using the toilets situated around the park as you walk to the start area.
This event is a fun run so you can walk, jog or run or even skip the course.
Lockers are available in The Hub and they cost £1 for use. The number of lockers available is limited and will operate on a first come first served basis. If you have family and friends coming along to support you we strongly recommend you leave your belongings with them.
Macmillan Cancer Support and The Hub accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to valuables at the Macmillan 10k.
We do not provide timing chips due to it being a fun run and not a competitive race. There will be a big clock at the start and finish line so you can time yourself.
Anywhere along the course however most supporters tend to position themselves by The Hub as this is where the start and finish line is and also a cafe for refreshments.
