Ian Watt and Mark McCluskey raised over £450 with their Tour de Lidl.
Avid fundraisers Ian and Mark completed a sponsored cycle between all 19 Lidl stores in the Glasgow area in an epic Tour de Lidl.
It’s not the first time they’ve fundraised for Macmillan; in 2010, they cycled from Glasgow to Fife Keith, a huge 225 miles, and raised a fantastic £2,200.
Ian said of the event:
'The idea was actually penned from watching Bradley Wiggins during the Tour de France one day and we are both regular shoppers at Lidl!'
Mark continually states that 'cycling is in his bones' and his middle name is 'Thunder Thighs'. He says that one day he hopes to cycle to all the SPL grounds in a season. Maybe that's the next challenge. #Macmillanchallenge.
