Everyone entered into the spirit of the day
A massive thank you to everyone who took part in the Macmillan and Glencoe Mountain challenge on 25 April 2010 to ski down the height of Mont Blanc.
More than 40 people took part and everyone entered into the spirit of the day coming along in all sorts of fancy dress including a balloon outfit and a daring devil outfit. The conditions were very challenging with visibility reduced to a few metres, but all the participants battled on to complete the challenge- well done!
A huge thank you to Glencoe Mountain for hosting the event and donating all the lift passes free of charge.
We’ve raised close to £6,000 so far, that’s a staggering amount and will enable Macmillan to change the lives of even more people who are affected by cancer.
