Macmillan improves the lives of people affected by cancer locally. We provide practical, medical, emotional and financial support and push for better cancer care. Cancer affects us all. We can all help. We are Macmillan in Northern Ireland.
There are now more than 90 Macmillan health professionals in Northern Ireland working in hospitals and in the community. There are eight Macmillan consultants who are specialists in palliative care, focusing on pain and symptom control. There are also nine Macmillan GP facilitators who spend part of their week sharing their skills and knowledge with other healthcare colleagues. Find out more
