Worcestershire Macmillan Citizens Advice offers a free, confidential advice service to people living with cancer and their carers.
Did you know that our Macmillan Citizens Advice Caseworkers have a drop in advice service at the hospitals in the county each week? You can pop by at the Worcester Royal hospital or Kidderminster hospital on Wednesday afternoons and the Alexandra hospital in Redditch on Thursday afternoons. We offer help with a range of issues including welfare benefits, debt and employment.
Our caseworkers see clients in hospital or at home as well as in bureau. We have caseworkers based in Worcester, Redditch and Kidderminster who assist with checking benefit entitlement, completing forms or appeals for clients throughout Worcestershire.
