The action packed event took place on Sunday 1 August 2010, and was held in the glorious sunshine outside in the Hockney Pub car park in Shipley near Bradford.
Entertainment was provided for all ages with a five-a-side football tournament, bouncy castle, face painting, raffle and an auction.
Additionally there was a huge stage with performers entertaining the crowd including dancers, singers, and a battle of the bands.
It was estimated that approximately 400 people would attend, but many more came along to enjoy the day.
Donations were made to Macmillan Cancer Support because a customer’s Mum had recently received care from a Macmillan Nurse.
Everyone had a great time and successfully raised £1000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Thank you to everyone involved and all attendees who donated generously. We are pleased to hear that plans are already being made to make the event annual!
