The Freedom Back Clinics team
The Freedom Back Clinics team have just completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The Freedom Back Clinics team aimed to raise £2,000 from their team based at their city centre Leeds office on King Street. Twenty six staff took part in the challenge and had a great time to boot.
Katie Burnell, Customer Relations Manager and Diane McKerracher, Chief Executive of Freedom Back Clinics (Leeds) said: 'We would like to thank the walkers from Wakefield and Leeds who joined us on Sunday 1 of August for The Three Peaks Challenge, despite the evil bog terrain, Whernside downpour and muscle testing clambering, everybody remained in great spirits and made it a fantastic and successful day raising over £2,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Thanks again for all your support.'
Jamie Strachan, Fundraising Manager in Leeds for Macmillan said: 'We are delighted to have had the support of Freedom Back Clinics this year. They have gone about their fundraising with incredible enthusiasm and energy. Their donation will make a real difference to the lives of people living with cancer'.
Jamie quipped, 'You could say they really did BACK us!'
