Over £200 was raised by 75 of Amey’s Consulting Division during the two day Professional Excellence Academy in October 2012.
The delegates chose to support Macmillan Cancer Support and raised £103 by completing activities whilst at the academy. They played giant jenga, giant connect four and penalty shoot-out (whilst obviously finding some time to do their important work!). The money raised was then matched by Amey Ltd to make the final amount.
We, at Macmillan, are extremely grateful for Amey’s contribution to help us raise more money to help more people affected by cancer. We are passionate about working alongside local companies to make a difference in our local community.
If you, or anyone you know, would like to talk to someone within the team about how we can work with your company to help you reach your objectives, whilst supporting people affected by cancer, please call us on 0300 1000 200 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
