How can I help the appeal?

There are many ways you can help Macmillan. Here are just a few suggestions for helping us with the appeal in Sussex:

Simply give a donation. We rely totally on voluntary donations for all our funding so every penny will help to build the centre.
Get involved in one of Macmillan’s fundraising events such as our World’s Biggest Coffee Morning, swing into action for the Longest Day Golf Challenge, or take on one of our overseas challenge events . Keep an eye on this webpage for local events that our supporters in the area are organising or have a chat with the team about what’s happening locally.
Organise your own event or do something you enjoy to raise some money. How about holding a sponsored walk, or a comedy night? What about doing a marathon, a 10k run, or walking the South Downs Way?
Join our Macmillan in Sussex Facebook group and keep us posted on how you’re supporting the appeal. Get your friends and family to join too.
Spread the word to your family, friends and colleagues about the need for The Sussex Macmillan Cancer Support Centre. For example, your workplace could raise money to help with the build, or any group you belong to could organise a fundraising event. Whatever you decide, our fundraising team can help you with information and ideas.
Help out at the East Sussex fundraising office or at one of our events or collections. Any time you give will be greatly appreciated and will help us move a step closer to making the centre a reality.
