As part of the National Markets fortnight the Macmillan Cancer Support Stoke on Trent Group are taking to the streets of Stoke on Trent on Thursday 5 July and they will be pushing a bed from Hanley Market to the Macmillan Cancer Support and Information Centre at the University Hospital North Staffs.
The "Bed push" with patient on board will be leaving Hanley market and stopping off at various points throughout the city, where collections will be taking place, the bed which has been kindly donated by the University Hospital will then be making its way up to the Macmillan Cancer Support and Information Centre where a welcome party will be meeting them there.
