Macmillan Cancer Support has linked up with Cornbury 2010, forming its first ever allegiance with a music festival.
The family-orientated festival, known for its great mix of international names and local artists, takes place on 3 - 4 July at Cornbury Park, Oxfordshire.
Macmillan will be getting involved in the activities in many ways, including providing stewards and other volunteers to help out over the weekend. To celebrate the arrangement, one of the stages, which will showcase local talent and officially open the 2010 festival, will be known as the Macmillan Riverside Stage. There’ll be plenty of opportunities for people to contribute to Macmillan’s vital work during the festival. So come along for some good music and a good cause! We will be there over the whole weekend and look forward to welcoming you all to our relaxing World's Biggest Coffee Morning couches, where you can stop by for a chat, a boogie... or just a cuppa!
