Richard and Helen Adams are taking on the challenge of cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Starting on Sunday 15 July, Richard and Helen, will be cycling from one end of the country to the other in the space of two weeks. There will be a mammoth 12 days of cycling over a total of 880 miles.
